The following terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Addabook (“we,” “us”, or the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms, restrictions, and responsibilities:
Use of Our Service
Customer may not copy, distribute, license, sell, or otherwise transfer any Metadata and other related materials received from us (“Metadata”). Upon termination of any agreement permitting Customer’s use of the Metadata, Customer must delete the Metadata, including removing the same from all Customer’s internal systems, databases, possession or control has been destroyed to its satisfaction. backups, and external websites. All rights and licenses granted to Customer to use the Metadata shall cease immediately upon termination. Provider may request a written certification that all Metadata that is in Customer’s possession or control has been destroyed to its satisfaction.
User Content
Some areas of the Service may allow Users to upload, publish, display, link to or otherwise make available (hereinafter, "post") "User Content". “User Content” includes, but is not limited to, reviews, comments, questions, highlights, and other material that you upload, post, display, or otherwise make available through the Service. This may include your name, likeness, or other identifying information if you choose to provide it.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post User Content that:
- Is unlawful or promotes illegal activity, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, hate speech, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights, including rights of privacy or publicity;
- Contains software viruses, spam, unsolicited promotions, or any form of commercial solicitation;
- Invasive of privacy or otherwise includes personal or confidential information of others without consent;
- Impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
You hereby represent that you are the owner of all the copyright rights with respect to, or that you have the legal right to post, your User Content, and that you have the power to grant the license granted below.
Addabook reserves the right to monitor, reject and/or remove any User Content at any time. For example, Addabook may, but is not obligated to, reject and/or remove any User Content that Addabook believes, in its sole discretion, violates these provisions.
Addabook takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other Users or third parties post or send over the Service. You understand and agree that any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of any User Content that you post is solely your responsibility. Addabook is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your User Content. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree that Addabook shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of such User Content.
License Grant
By posting any User Content on the Service, you expressly grant to Addabook the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Addabook for all claims resulting from content you supply.
Eligibility
This Service is intended solely for Users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older, and any registration, use or access to the Service by anyone under 13 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age you may use the Service only if you either are an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.
Privacy Policy
Addabook values your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal information. By visiting or using Addabook.net (the “Service”), you are accepting the practices described in this policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
Information We Collect
We collect or may collect the following types of information in order to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, etc.:

- Content You Submit: Book reviews, book lists, ratings, and comments.

User Content
The Service allows you to post User Content. Any User Content you post becomes or may become available to the public via the Service. User Content includes, but is not limited to, reviews, comments, and visual content. If you remove User Content, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your User Content.
By providing Addabook your e-mail address you consent to us sending you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law. We may also use your e-mail address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features, notices of member-initiated content, or special offers (“Other Messages”).
Privacy Policy Changes
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our website to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
